Basic Edditing scenario questions

I was looking through all the scenareo files, and 2 things stike out at me:

1) how are the land teretories defined... what i mean it doesent actualy say anywere that a certain side owns them, all it sais is they exist

2)the event files, were are the descriptions are stored and what event tags are taken?

1) I think that info is stored in the scenario maps. Try open for example the 1936 map. Open and .inc file and look for the text "ownedprovinces".

thanks, but what about the descriptions for events were are they kept?

also does anyone have a template for flag creation?

The event descriptions are either written in on the desc = xxx line or are a reference to another file, I don't know which though.
