Hey guys,

I'm having a bit of trouble against Soviet Union as Germany and was wondering if you could help at all. Basically I've already avoided falling in to the trap of the two front war by not antagonizing Britain and France, but I need some help exploiting by breakthrough in the South.

Here's my current situation:

Should I try to push on the Stalingrad immediately and then behind the Urals to capture the USSR's industrial heartland?

1. You're in the wrong forum. You shouldn't be in the AARs and you should be on the Doomsday forums.

2. This game is wildly ahistorical, no war with the allies, it looks like you're allied with poland. strange stuff.

3. Do you have enough divisions on the western front in case france attacks?

To actually answer your questions. I can't see how many troops you have in the southern theatre so I can't tell if you have enough. Your biggest problem is likely going to be going over the Volga river. Look for a good oppurtunity to do so. Taking Stalingrad directly can be very difficult if the enemy has stationed (or retreated) a lot of troops there. It may be better to cut it off from supply and then wait out the winter. Be sure to look at the weather map often.
