Im play as Japan too,i saw this trigger.And i cant understand,where chain between invasion to China and pacific war way?
I haven't played as Japan but choosing to go North stop the US from joining the war against Germany?Ok..so I don't quite understand what you don't understand. The event from 1933 let's you choose to go North (war with the Soviet in the long run) or South (war with China, Philippines -> USA in the long run)
