Not because they're good together, but that Warrior Culture is actively just about the deadest possible pick for Oppressive Autocracy given that they're unable to build Holo-Theatres, with Entertainers (which'll be replaced with Dualists) then only being naturally available for OA from Resort Capitals and Alien Zoos
