People, please, finally fix the “fascist” regimes in the Baltic republics (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia) to “paternal autocrat”. It’s true that the autocratic regimes here were established since 1930s, but it is absurdity to name them “fascist”… I played a lot of HOI2 mods but almost everywhere I saw this mistake.

For the initial release we are going to be using the Vanilla minister files for a majority of the nations. If you are willing to go through the minister files for the Baltic nations and rework them, we would welcome the contribution. Just remember that it will be vetted through this group before we include it. I just don't know enough about Baltic politics to make a decision one way or the other. MDow

The ironical thing that present cabinets are 100 % historical, but all the political and military figures are marked as “fascist”. So, the thing, which could be most easily done, is just to change them to “paternal autocrat”…

100% right. Only on Soviet propaganda this regimes were called facist. In fact all Baltic ministers are PA.

actually, I can help with this. I've made my own personal Baltic Historical Mod with the correct changes in ministers (rather, their characters and political alignments, as best I know) as well as more accurate OOBs and even some events, though I've decided to rework all the events for the 1.3 (mainly 'cause my first attempt, though all right, was pretty amateur). I had kept out some of the more complicated events which I didn't think I myself would be able to do properly, but the simpler (ie, more domestic rather than international) events I think I covered pretty well. I'm just not quite sure how many are really appropriate for the actual game (I just put whatever I found in, leading to Latvia in particular having more events than Germany :p )
