Yugoslav king Aleksandar I Karađorđević has formed an anti-commintern and anti Italian, Hungarian, Bulgarian, and Albanian pact called the Balkan Alliance. This was an alliance between Yugoslavia, Greece, Turkey, Romania, and Czechoslovakia. It lasted until German occupation of Czechoslovakia.
I suggest that these countries should be in a formal alliance, same as Canada, UK, France, Australia, then Latvia and Estonia, and USSR, Mongolia and Tannu Tuva. And the event of End of Czechoslovakia should break this alliance and enable further historical or ahistorical outcome of the game.

Litle entente was stronger and had cooperation in army program-chechs gave yug 47mm at guns,zbrojovka 30 and t-32 and i doubt even this could be real alliance from begining .Balkan alliance was just serie of guarantines against bulgaria.Yugoslavia called turks to help in april war considering this alliance but nothing happened.
