only 2 decks use the 76 sherman.... thats the french and 3rd armored.... the french are anything but underpowered and 3rd armored is one of the most powerful allied deck if u see past its income problem.... and remains my favorite allied deck.... the rest would be unaffected by said nerf... and would moreso benefit from the sherman 75 buff.. that includes both the french and 3rd arm

What? Are you high? The 12th SS gets all the Bef. Panthers and Panther G's which can one tap the 76 while the 76 literally has a 0% chance to pen, 2 decks have KTs which mean that since the highest AP those decks have is 13 the KTs are undeadable unless the German player is literally a child or retarded, and the rest of the decks get more Panthers, Panthers, Panthers, and more Panthers. Can the 76 kill Panthers if properly microd? Yeah. Can Panthers knock out every single allied armored unit by the sheer fact of existing? Also yes.

sniping isnt a problem if one learns to smoke... and in fact forces 2 choices to the axis player.... either to give more land that was lost during A..... or stay and get killed.... see the thing is... the sherman 76 in the wrong hands is just as useless as a stuart at phase C... but in the right hands it outperforms every tank ingame thanks to its aimtime... does your range and firepower really matter if i can simply smoke close in and kill you before u get to shoot?

So again, the counter to German tanks merely existing in the field is a well developed armor push backed by infantry and artillery, and if even one unit is out of place or one smoke round misses or one unit moves to counter, that push is dead. Maybe you should just not let Sherman tanks drive up half a kilometer on your Panthers. In no way would I ever take a 76 over a Panther, which apparently made up 80% of German armor at Normandy.

KTs are my favorite target as 3rd armored... players get cocky and advance them blindly..... perfect targets for the 76 after a couple of 220 pt P-38s...

you would at 600-800m.... taking panthers at that distance against a 76 is suicide

Have you thought about not having literally zero other units between your panther and a Sherman? That way they can't drive up over half a klik on you? See, you are under the impression, it seems, that the Allies are somehow stomping the axis in games, which makes no sense considering that there is no real allied playerbase to speak of. If you do this EVEN LESS people will play Allies, which means the game will be EVEN MORE dead.

Not hardly. What is the accuracy and the chance to pen for the 76 compared to the accuracy and chance to pen for a Panther vs a 76? Guarantee you that if the 76 misses the first shot (~50% chance of that) it's dead. I have literally never had the problem you are describing and apparently nobody else has either because nobody plays allies and even the ones who do play decks that have real AP tanks that can actually maybe just possibly damage a Panther or KT every once in a while.

Not everyone is a retarded child that blindly advances their KTs, and if you play against even a halfway decent player with KTs your tanks, all of them, Jumbos, 76s, they're all dead.

uhh no.. the sherman 76 is more accurate than the equivalent panther D from 12th SS due to the additional veterancy.... and against lehr it still would fire first giving a suppression modifier to the accuracy of the panther D.... and regardless lehr is almost useless against 3rd armored at A... 2 m4a3s are awsome at destroying lehr players... guaranteed

fun fact... as a 3rd armored player i actually dont use jumbos... the proliferation of pak 43s see to it.... rather i use the sherman 76 and engage the enemy supporting assets first using smoke to cut off the heavy enemy AT... or rocket artillery to just panick everything..... afterwards the panicked KT is vulnerable to a P-38 strike or even more bombardment and therefore vulnerable to flanking by sherman 76... considering that using the KT means 380/350 pts worth of no support assets for the enemy i consider that a major investment.... and a major weakness in the enemy`s support chain... i could buy a calliopie and a sherman 76 for that 1 KT...

i remember one french player pulling that trick.... the wave after wave of rocket arty and charging autocannons + panzergrenadiers made short work of him...

sure there is a tactic against well managed 76 shermans... but it involves spending almost TWICE the points to counter a single 76 sherman..... that is a highly price inefficient counter and you are incompetent to not realize this....

As a player of 3rd armored 15th scots 101st 2nd ID guards armored (ghetto 3rd arm) and on occasion 2e DB cheesemaster...

id say most allied players just dont know how to use their shit and wanna head on fight axis heavytanks expect to win and cry about it when they dont..... you see heres a thing....

i feel allies armour deck against german armour deck is more micro heavy but definitely more rewarding both K/D and territory wise if you can handle it because of the close range advantage and superior stun support.

if a scrub plays the allies they will die against an equally scrubby axis player..... however if the allied player knows his shit then the equally skilled axis player is in deep shit... unless they pull the HS-129 card which is still sorta broken (and i made a forum about already)

the only appropriate thing to bitch about is RNG and how shitty it is ingame... sorta frustrating to lose an early m4a3 to a lucky gerlich at 900m and 2% chance to pen.....

Oh and btw i supported a sherman 75/pz4 buff.... such a buff is a BIG BOON TO THE ALLIES overall especially considering how superior it is already to the shitty pz4
