Balance the in council diplomacy decision penalty. -150 Prestige, when you're barely into a new game over a councillor challenge for 50 Diplomacy points is absurd when you're barely making half a point of Prestige a month.
There's a similar -150 prestige penalty when romancing you're spouse wherein she farts and if you cover for her you take the hit.
How about applying some sensible weighting to these penalties. Because it seems insane that these sort of court matters are so costly compared to winning and losing battles.
