All,
Here's Hive's AOI:

This is the base scenario file with map:

These edits have already been done, although they are up for discussion if you see something amiss:
- England looses all cores in France, but Calais, Picardie, Caux and Normandie.
- Albanian culture set to Slavonic, Armenia culture set to Turkish, Tuareg set to Arabic.
- France looses Normandy, Orleans, Bourbonnais, Auvergne (leaving only Provance) as vassal
- Denmark gains cores in Småland, Vestergotland, Svealand, Bergslagen, Gästrikland, Västerbotten and Finland.
- Brandenburg gains cores in Poznan, Silesia, Erz, Sachsen and Anhalt.
- Magdeburg becomes Brandenburg provinse
- All european nations start with a guvenor. All north african countries will have governors, the border in the east being Mameluks, White Sheep and Golden Horde.
- All nations have cores on humans capitals.
- Land/navel sliders will be locked at 5
Here's a preliminary list of additional edits, which will be updated in the first post:
-The Ottoman Empire will gain Kastamanou, Konya and Taurus; it will be moved from Muslim tech (fucking Hive) to Latin, which it will retain until 1568; the Turkish leader file will be substantially revamped (in an upward direction)
-Austria will gain cores in Southern Germany, to be decided (this is ahistorical, but many changes in a 1337 are going to be); Austria will gain Slavonic, Magyar, Czech, Slovak and Dutch
-Venice will gain trade tech 2 (I am tempted to go with 3-I'd like feedback on this)
-Spanish leaders after 1630 will be revamped (slightly upward) and EEP leaders added (this is only if we don't have random generals)
-Ugric will be restored in the Finnish area and given to the Scandinavian and Muscowy
-Aborigin will be set as the global primary culture
This is it for now. I do ask everybody look at the event files, monarch files, leader files and country culture and core setups and make recommendations. A normal GM wouldn't catch everything that needs attention with this early start, and I'm a good deal inferior to a normal GM.
In addition, I reserve the right to make any and all ahistorical tweaks necessary for balance, even if they counter-act historicity. Sadly, the way this game works, there's no such thing from 1337.
