There are 2 major balance issues with the Ironman game at present:
1) Lucky Nations. They need to go. They're unrealistic, arbitrary and cripple gameplay balance.
2) France needs to be nerfed in the early game so they can't demolish the Low Countries by the mid-1500s

1) I agree Luck has grown to strong throughout the patches and gameplay changes. It really should be less strong
2) However Luck itself should stay. It is Paradox' way to ensure some semi normal expansion of the world's powers. Although it would be nice if we could deactivate lucky nations for Ironman.

1) Lucky Nations are only nations that pose any threat in early/middle game.
2) France (or any other/all great power(s)) should be *buffed* to pose a threat in late game.
Or there is little to no challenge playing after 1700.

Lucky nations isn't breaking any gameplay balance.
France don't need a nerf. Culture conversion and religous conversion need an overlook.

Random suggestions from me for it is:
No culture conversion as long it's a core.
No religous conversion as long as nationalism is active.
