I like to play for the Oirats in the singleplayer. And I decided to try to play for them in beta version 1.33. And I came across the following: the goal of any player on Oirat is to capture the emperor of China, and further occupy Beijing. BUT! in 1444, Ming has a ruler Qizhen Zhu and his heir Qiyu Zhu. And when any of them wins, the event "The Capture of the Ming Emperor" is triggered. In theory, it shouldn't be like this, the trigger should only work on the current ruler of China, but okay. Then you put a stack of troops to besiege Beijing, capture it... and nothing happens. Beijing is captured, but "The Capture of Beijing" and "Time crisis" do not work. I've already started a new game 13 times, and in some cases the trigger works, in others it doesn't. I sat for a long time and looked for a reason/ pattern, and I didn't find it. Which makes me wonder if this is a bug?
I note that in previous versions of the game, also when the emperor was captured and Beijing was occupied, the trigger was not guaranteed to work.

I know there's a chance for the emperor to either die or escape capture, in that case you wont get Northern China after capturing Beijing, happened a couple of times for me. But you should get a notice when you get it. Check your modifiers if the Emperor Captured is still applied when the occupations of northern china isnt triggered.

I assure you that I am aware of these conditions. I know that it is necessary to defeat the emperor in battle, and he always gets captured, there is no problem in this. The problem is that after that I go to besiege Beijing, capture it, but "The Capture of Beijing" does not happen.

in beta version 1.33, the emperor of China often does not die, he died once in captivity, but thank God, it happened after I bought Beijing (then, by the way, the trigger worked)

I had the modification "fast universalis", I removed it in the launcher, and launched a trial batch in the single player without it. all the same.

The modifier "Captured the emperor" lasts till your ruler dies and does not indicate if Ming's emperor is still captured (Ming needs the country flag "mng_emperor_captured"). Besides the flag "mng_emperor_captured", it is important who leads the siege on Beijing. You won't get the event if the siege is led by one of your subjects or allies
