Ok yesterday i played china and i was a little bit aggrassive without casus bellis,
i got 8 FAA´s so the aspect of higher stability costs wasn´t interesting to me.
But is there an influence on different events ?

From one to the next moment i lost half of my empire to the lovely rebels and more worse was that aztek resurrected

I got about 40BB i thought before that the BB max would mean ,,maximum"
but BB max was at about 36.
