How to install them? I make a new folder in the gfx/skins and paste all 3 files (they are converted to bmp before thet), but it doesnt work.

Awesome...one thing can you use a different name for the different skins when you post them? I didn't notice that many of the sidebras say just that and well managed to wipe out a couple.

Every country needs to be in a folder matching its tag: a "bul" folder for Bulgaria, for instance.
Some graphics need to be renamed. They should be as follows:
fullscreen.bmp
sidebar_a.bmp
topbar.bmp

Had too much fun collecting source images. Didn't know what I was going to look for at first, but had so much fun I decided to create it now rather than tomorrow. Its 03:30 but meh. So without further ado; and only one faked image (the Iwo Jima obviously)...

Sorry to break your happy state,yet,I don't like them.
First,if you use Photoshop,there is a skin around here,in this forum,which can make things easier.That's a first.
Secondly,I dislike the fact that those skins are very pixelated.Try adding some blur,or some other effects,so people won't concentrate on the pixels,its annoying to the eye.
PS:I'll work today on an example,if I'll have the time.
EDIT:I won't be able to,yet,the tips stay.Try fixing these issues,and you're done.
