Man, I hate that. They have been doing that since the 1914 mod for HoI2. Guess old habits die hard.
I just wonder, how did you get 50+ divs and 250+ IC in 6 years as Hungary?
My guess is that Romania + Yugoslavia + Bulgaria + Full IC Takeover did its job there.
It's the year 1942, the expansion of the Japanese Empire through Asia looking to arrive to Iran before the Germans. Also, something awesome it's that Vladimir Lenin come alive again to take the power after Stalin's defeat... :laugh: 
I'm actually playing as SOV, I invaded Germany in 1940 when they were busy in France and controlled the whole Europe sans southern Spain and Britain by 1943. I turned all that into puppets. Two years later I invaded Manchuria by allying with Commie China and annexed the Nanjing puppet to it, by 1945 I signed peace with Japan in exchange for Port Arthur and Toyohara (southern Sakhalin). 1946 saw me declaring on the allies and similarly invading Republican China in 1947. Now it's 1950 and I've gained control of the entirety of the Old World minus Britain, Australia, and Oceania; the Empire collapsed after I nuked London and Canada controls the British Isles now. On the other hand Dusseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart, Berlin, Essen, Paris, and Lille have been nuked on my allies' parts.
This picture was taken when I was mopping up the 50 (!) American divisions I had encircled in the Southern Sudan.
The funny part that the screenshot showed was the result of my 20 allies constantly exchanging armies and expeditionary forces, so you see a Spanish unit with a Chinese name commanded by a Greek general where the divisions are respectively Polish, Czechoslovak, and Spanish.

That's weird and should not happen. Do you have any clue how this can be easily reproduced? If so please write a bug report on it.
