My Brazilian Empire has 198 IC and the entire alliance has like 200 divisions (considering attacking USA for the great final)
[India is heavily partitioned since they were so annoying during my war against Entente (Delhi had united India) so an estimated amount of 6-9 nuclear weapons were used]

but Princely Federation after a long reconstruction barely scratches 36 IC. I would attack Ceylon though... German Empire is a puppet of massive socialist Russia along the distinct Mittelafrikan states.Indeed! I atomic bombed some of the most populated since I read that causes even more dissent, Delhi actually has like 5-6 manpower in all of their provinces with a crappy 4 IC after reconstruction.
I still had the memory of a part where Bhartiya had reversed the syndicalist regime and became the Begal empire. Well it’s no longer possible to release them.

Very unusual victory in the East

Barbarossa option: break through the entire front
Fall of 1941. Barbarossa is completed.
This after I captured Leningrad, while simultaniously breaking through to the gates of Moscow.
Minsk, Kiev and Gdov already captured. Not Smolemsk. Also, Sevastopol not yet captured. I only assaulted it once, then broke of my attack. My small 6 divison assault force were too weak.
Victory Conditions describe the fall of Moscow, however, I have only reached the gates to the city.
Never tried this before. A bug?

Doesn't look so far off from what some circles are discussing at the moment as a "practical" policy.
KR Legation Cities play!
I made only MIL units and after finishing them, I immediately changed their update root to INF.
After 20 or so INF units I made, Qing and Japan become at war. I DoWed at Qing too, but Japanese take them so soon I only got 4 provinces or so.
After that, I DoWed at AOG,
And finally, I conquered them!
I'll take Northern China too, but fighting with the Japanese is never an easy task...(for just a 20 IC nation)
I will need to join the Entente faction.

After joined the Entente, and helped Delhi to unite India, I began the northern expedition. The Japanese were tough to crack, but finally, I did it.
It seems like Legation Cities doesn't have the fading sun (Japan surrender) event. I could not end the war. haha.
Also, it doesn't have core provinces in China except the home provinces, so I need some reserve units to deal with partisans.
I think that there are some events such as changing to the republic of China after uniting south China would be helpful.

There are three ways to achieve victory in the east.
Usually, you have to capture Leningrad, Moscow, Stalingrad and Baku. If Stalin leaves Moscow you also have to capture Sverdlovsk (or Vladivostok).
There is a second path that triggers when you are at peace with the US and UK, so only on one front, and you have captured 35% of their territory and have an overwhelming advantage in numbers of division. This one seems to be your case while looking at the screenshots.
The third way is using nukes if you're curious.

The picture from Tintin's The Blue Lotus when playing the legation cities is a nice touch.
If you want to make peace with japan you can try to fire the event through the console maybe (although save before, because it's possible it will lead to some bugs). Or just sue for peace the normal way, and force them to accept with acceptall command. You can also get taiwan that way if you claim it before and take the Insist on demands choice. To get the whole of China as cores, it's more complicated because you need to modify your save file, but it's doable.
The Great Pacific War does not seem to be going Berlin's way...

The trap is sprung!
(Basically, the trick is this - if you are up again Russia and Germany as France, Russia will generally redeploy its armies to the frontline. That means that if you have started an enrichment but are yet to close it that much of the Russian force will end up inside it. To be fair, they are also busy against Japan, but I let them more or less win that war before starting my one, though apparently, the German AI does not know how to handle it as it's keeping a lot of soldiers on shore defence.)
