I started wondering what would have happened had the USA and the Allies parted ways after the fall of the Axis. Whether they could still remain at peace or not. Turns out that the Allies still thought they could tell the USA what to do. They were WRONG. The only nations that will survive this bloodbath are those that managed to stay neutral throughout WW2 and the defeat of communism. Basically, if they join a faction, they die.

Haha, I was in the process of conquering the British Isles and pushing through British Africa when I took this screenshot. Unfortunately, as this is part of what may become an AAR, I have to leave Brazil alone as my rules specify that neutral countries are not to be attacked. And Nat. Spain as well for they are neutral. I was shocked that Nat. Spain never joined the Axis, but it was because Germany/Italy never bothered with Gibraltar. Of course, trading with the enemy can be considered supporting the enemy, and in that case you're no longer considered neutral.....

This screenshot I find totally amazing. It is from my last game as France. Having stopped the Germans with a super Maginot line and annexed Italy, the front was stabilized. Then the allies sent me huge numbers of expeditionary forces, British, US and Brazilian summed up more than 200 divisions. I landed them all in the north of Germany, creating a huge pocket were the Germans are doomed. As the Reich collapses Spanish troops join the allies in the south, whereas Bulgarian, Hungarian, Greek, Slovakian and Romanian troops rush from the east in a futile attempt to help the Germans. Meanwhile the Soviets watch the events in amazement I guess.

Yea, I'm working on the rest of the allies. Just bought HOI2 for the summer sale so I may be off of SF for a while. I do intend to go back and finish though, finishing off the allies. China is still neutral I'm afraid, and right now I'm just picking one or two continents at a time and focusing on them. North and South America are finished so now I'm working on finishing off the allies in Europe and Africa before I move on to Asia and Oceania. I will post a few more world maps once I get moving again.
Sweden remains only because it didn't join a faction. Good eyesight though seeing the two different shades of blue. I think most people would have missed that.

What? White? If you can tell me how to own the oceans, I'll definitely give it a shot. Tried the change owner function once on an ocean province to see if it would change colors. Doesn't work unfortunately.
