Disclaimer: I haven't cheated anything about techs, but Romania's tech situation at the start was vastly improved (still not as good as the US, mind you) and I've had 4 teams since 1938. Tech benefits from about a year in the Allies have been minimal; I'd just gotten the US to join MY alliance.
It's early 1942 and notice how the techs I can trade with them shown only go down to "I". Long way to the last letter ("U"?)...

Calm down everyone , i didn't focused on the background !!!! The phrase , that you can't understand say's "We reached Berlin , We will reach New York" - Sort of a cold war thing ! , I didn't have any intention of to make a joke out of 9.11 , I just focused on the text , It's not my fault that some idiot place that kind of background ! I've seen destroyers and subs kill powerful capital ships, and I've seen friendly fire incidents with lethal outcome. But I've never seen them combined. Awesome!!

Well it was a battle 1 SHBS + 4 DDs VS. 2 Carriers + 1 DD. First they have sunk my SHBS, which has heavily damaged one Carrier and sunk the DD. After that my DDs have sunk the Carrier you see there and the battle was over.Moshi said:

Click on the ship (as a single unit, not in stacks), there should be an icon with 3 crosses on it. If the ship has sunk any ships, this icon is clickeable. I still got the pic where my LVL 1 DD has sunk LV 5 CV.
And my SHBB had sunk 7 carriers.

Here, Ethiopia has it's first overkill. With 22 divisions, far more than it could, rather, SHOULD be able to support. Against it are 3 British divisions.
Here, is my greates Admiral and a particularly large naval battle that caused most of my fleet guarding the Channel to sink.
Where the Brits came up with those 65 ships, I don't want to know.
... And here are the remains of my fleet. They were mostly old, so I didn't really care. I was building more modern ships to guard my 14 SHBBs anyway, and the fleet was going to be given away to Portugal...
I'm particularly proud of the Graf Spee, which took the Royal Oak (BB), the Courageous (CV), and the Resolution (BB) with it before going down.
In the Compendium Mod (which I'm using in these screenshots, despite the TRP skin), Italy has a chance to successfully bribe Haile Selassie after the annexation of Ethiopia, setting up an Ethiopian puppet containing not only Ethiopia, but Italy's starting Ethiopian territory as well. This is what happened in 1936. Then, in 1940, after the fall of France, I happened to look at Ethiopia again. To my surprise, this is what I saw:
Partisans had taken over half of Ethiopia, including all of Ethiopia's IC!
Even stranger, look at Ethiopia's open/closed society slider:
They must have an insane amount of dissent to be getting 46% partisans in their national provinces!
