In my Vijayanagar game I checked Europe at some point (1672) and noticed this huge Thuringia. They are dishonourable scum now, so I'm curious to see what happens.

In a recent Sweden->Scandinavia game of mine, the Pope totally went on a rampage, without my assistance actually, so I was really surprised to see this. Moldavia , Hungary and Austria are my vassals/SoI to keep up a buffer of sorts. Cleves(!) and Burgundy are unaligned and just screwed in the middle.

Anyway, I do like that Thuringen in the OP! Are they the HR Emperor?

Thuringen and saxony did that in my holland game.. just taking over half the empire, just before i became emperor.. i spent years getting lots of free imperial authority making them free everything

never seen em do it before httt, so really interesting to see these german minors blob so well

The only Major intervention by me were the Destruction of Poland, and helping Gotland (Baltic Coast) survive to have get cores and become a pain in the ass for the swedes

The Ottomans just got Curbstomped by Britain and Castille and lost good chunks of the Balkans and Greece.

Bavaria is HRE in a protestant HRE, with Castille, Portugal, Holland, Austria and Denmark being the last true Catholic nations around, France is catholic but only has 2 Catholic provinces

the Catholic world is divided between Castille, the Dutch/Danish/Austrian Alliance and Neutral Portugal and France.

I've seen Scandinavia eat all the Russian countries and then become the new Russia, stretching all the way across Siberia and down into China.

I completed this game as I was curious how Thuringia would do. They did a very good job, see this screenie (01-01-1821). At some point they annexed Prussia and afterwards formed Prussia themselves. They crushed Austria and Poland in some big wars. Prussia preferred enormous armies in a single stack, the screenie below shows a 230k army in Thrace. I took care to stay out of Europe and expanded the Vijayangar empire only up to the Sea of Marmara. Cheers.

Correct, Naples.

The uncolonized trerritories are probably due to the "spread Land/Sea provinces", which I set to 200 years. This gives more profile to the qftnw NI.
