It's a bummer without a card I agree. Hopefully the online cash system starts working within 2-3 years.

However I just ordered Combat Mission online because this was the only option (best WW2 tactical wargame ever made imo). It still doesn't cost more than 3 bucks or so than a typical store game here (here they are around 30$ average).

As for you APKicks, think of it like this. The gas money saved from driving down and forth to a shop is basically the same as the extra S&P you pay online :).

EB has an online store btw. Chips & Bits are cheaper though.

APKicks,

Chips and bits has an 800 number and they will give you excellent service. I still order from them once in a while for hard to find stuff. They will wave shipping fees on pre-orders and there is no tax. Just hand your mom some cash and make the call using her credit card. Cleaning up your room and taking out the trash first always helps.

I live in South Dakota...look on a map...i am in the middle of now where. The best software store within 100 mile's is a WalMart. Oh, and the largest city in the state is around 100,000people.. (now i am all depressed)

Good God! I spent more than a year working in San Diego (CA) and I already had problems there, because I am unable to drive (very poor eyesight) and, to be honest, the public transport in the US is not too good (at least when compared to Europe). And I was still lucky that San Diego is a large city, so I was still able to meddle through one way or another. Frankly, AP, I think I would be hopelessly lost if I lived where you live, because driving a car is a must there! You have all my sympathy regarding your isolation, believe me ;) (Phew... Thank God I live in Barcelona, Spain!)

Kind regards, as always.

You remember the winter of 97 huh? That pretty fun. That was the only time the area got on national news, the other being that Paine Stewart crash (i think that was like 3 miles away from my house). How old are you

Thank for the thing on Chips & Bits, i will check them out...
