AV - Seaplane Tenders - Naval Tech Fix

There is a slight error in removing the ability to build Seaplane Tenders in WWII.
AV - Seaplane Tenders were used from WWI thru end of WWII.

To Fix:
edit naval_tech.txt
Find # Early/Experimental Light Carrier
Comment out this line:
#PAW command = { type = scrap_model which = escort_carrier value = 0 } #PAW - Keep AV - Seaplane Carriers

Which Mod speciffically areyou referring? I have checked several mods Naval_tech files and not found any of this,

Also, as a heads up, I've seen you've posted several threads re: improvements to the game. Might be important to say that this game is no longer in development, as far as I am aware.
