From the Blorg stream it is obvious, that the player will be often faced with multiple fronts, so one single ball of death fleet won't do. The player will have to manage multiple fleets on several fronts, so there's going to be a lot of multitasking.

I'll be happy so long as we don't get into the typical EU army logic thing of having to chase tiny armies (or fleets, in this case) all over the map forever. Darn, that is so annoying and unrealistic. Anything else I am prepared to put up with.

As a first step i would like to have a build button in the fleet view to add certain types to this fleet and then decide the ports which should build the ships and they fly and join this fleet automatically (maybe on/off autojoin to avoid loosing single ships during flight in enemy territory)

Second would be to have a certain layout which should be automatically replaced if we have the minerals...

I'd love to see a "bring this fleet up to strength" button as a way of replacing losses. It would be immensely useful for fleets which are a mixture of different types of the same size of ship; for example a destroyer swarm which consists of one-third corvette killers, one-third battleship killers and one-third balanced ships.
