After unlocking the Improved Force (sic) March bonus in the Age of Revolutions, Forced March becomes a necessity — however, it requires a lot of manual micromanagement to tick the ability on every army's screen. My suggestion is to add a button to allow it to be automatic for each of the existing regiments and for the new ones in the future (including — what's very important — the new ones created via splitting, as even if the main army has Forced March on, its smaller, separate parts will not “inherit it”). The best place for it seems to be the Military tab in the Country interface.
As we all know, units don't regain morale with Forced March on. What could be done to prevent this from being an issue a regular player should care about is an addition of a global morale threshold of the automatic Forced March button. Only after regaining (after a battle or an army maintenance raise) a certain percentage of morale (say: 75%, 90% — whatever the player wishes), the ability would be activated for an army.
Example:
Activate Force March globally:
[✓] always
[x] in armies with at least XX% morale
[x] never
It's another chore in the late game: you turn down army morale in peacetime or start drilling, but once it's required to be raised up, all units have the Forced March ability active from previous manoeuvres and don't regain morale. Unless, of course, you micromanage by turning Forced March off... Only to later manually switch it on again! Sounds like unnecessary work, doesn't it? It applies to you regardless of whether your country has 5 armies or 30 — it's the Age of Revolutions, in the end, and hordes of troops are rather common at this stage.
