Automatic development spending?

Ok, my mouse broke from all of the clicking for developing my provinces. Can we automate this process please?

Like we give the ai 500 powerpoints per year to develop provinces or something. Something like a slider that we can choose from 0 to 999 per year to go into development, with us choosing from all of the three categories(adm,dip and mil) or simply choose all of them.
