Dispite being an "oldschool" Baldurs Gate player and loving parts of the micro-management, times have changed, some people want automation and no pun intended the "party AI" is lacking A LOT
Simple modifiers for EACH spell.
For example:
Healing, when party member below XX% hp, cast heal
AOE: When X-amount of enemies in cone/range, cast it
A modifier for letting the charter move or try to move automaticly would be in order...
A modifier to aim at weakest/strongest/etc would be in order
Also, why not make all this a bit more "part of the game" in OPTIONAL content. Collect these modifiers as "tactics" or something around the world. Thought/dropped by skilled fighters etc, gained via quests or as part of skill leveling up.
