I too wish to have an auto-build that allow me to make a decision to enable and disable auto-building at anytime, this is useful to those who has the money to upgrade most of the buildings and for us cheaters like me who mostly wish to play with cheats using both using console and a table from cheat engine that allows me to have god mode for my units and 1 day movement and building construction time, this will help kill off most of the micromanagement that i have to deal with in this game. With the auto-build option for me, it allows me to focus more on wars and conquering.

Well, if it's just about cheating, try this out:

1) Pause the game
2) give yourself direct control over all the holdings you want to construct things in.
3) give your steward 100 stewardship and send him to help construction in one of your counties.
4) everything in that county will build in 1 day (even new holdings in that county), run the game slowly as you build everything up.
5) fire/rehire your steward to move him to a different county w/o waiting 6 months.

It takes about 3 minutes and a couple of months of game time to build up 10 or so counties to be maxed out. I also wrote an event that raises technology in a county for free. I believe it's in the cheats thread but I can PM it to you if you'd like it.

almost sound like my method with this table that gives me a 1 day construction on all holdings, however it takes a bit longer due to the building still think it's building when it's finished, i have to click on the portait of my hold to allow to resume building other structures.

edit: this is the table that i use

http://forum.cheatengine.org/viewtopic.php?t=548355

i use most of those cheats from this table to provided me cheats that the console menu can't really provide. This table features god mode, instant research to level 5, 1 day movement for troops and galleys, 1 day construction on all holdings. Combine this table with the cheats for the static modifier from the cheat thread but more modified, and you got yourself a little sandbox mode.

Even though i got a 1 day construction cheat thinks to the table, i can construct my buildings very fast, however i can only focus on 1 province to upgrade. I want an auto-build that actually builds in all provinces thoughtout all my holds, with this 1 day construction, all my holds be fully maxed in around 3 minutes. it will take me a lot of time for me considering i can only focus on 1 and not all.

i dont know about auto build but... it would be nice to have a menu screen similar to EU3 where i cant view all holdings at once and upgrade them from one screen so i dont have to switch threw them all.

Some of us like Micromanaging, some don't and perfer to reduce the micromanagement before it becomes more of a job then anything else. I who is a cheater, have to go though every province and upgrade them one by one, since there is no button to select all the provinces within a realm to upgrade all buildings under a press of a button. With this auto-build system, it will help us remove that major micro management and allow the AI to build our structures for us, and make me focus on fighting rebels, invaders, and wars and claiming more land.

It may not be realistic, but it is about realism. If you give a certain amount of money to a certain person and tell him to order things be built, he'll just run off. Nobody in Europe was that trusting during the game's timeframe except in exceptional circumstances which the game is incapable of properly representing

What are you smoking? Do you think the king, baron or count went out to the job site where he's building his new castle and personally handed out coins to each of the workers and asked them to come back tomorrow to complete the job? It's called "DELEGATION" and it was as common in medieval Europe as it is today. All we are asking is to add a feature that would allow the player to delegate some of that responsibility. You don't have to use it if micromanagement is you cup of tea (or THC).
