Austro-Hungarian war against Germany

So my first war against Germany is not quite as I expected. Reclaimed Austria as Hungary and also have the Kingdom of Bohemia as a puppet. As well as this I went Fascist as I knew Germany would be demanding land. So when they demanded the Sudetenland I refused it expecting nothing to happen as I am in the Axis with them, except now I am at war with my own allies.

And I have just discovered a new issue, Although I can march into Germany I can't actually conquer any land from them which means I can never win the war

yeah it does weird stuff. for example they gave me southern slovakia despite Bohemia being my puppet when I gave them the Sudetenland, and their final solution for Czechoslovakia had no effect whatsoever.

We are now just burning manpower against each other and not getting anywhere
