Wouldn't be an Austro-Hungarian Empire be a nice idea?

I mean, not like the Polish-Lithuanian Empire that you have a decision to force a PU and then form the Empire but more like a decision that if you have a PU over Hungary as Austria (or the other way around (which happens quite often)) that you can form the Austro-Hungarian Empire so that you get a new tag etc. like the Commonwealth.

Although the Austro-Hungarian Empire formed 1867 which is after the EU4 period it could be implemented because the achievment "an early Reich" exists and Germany also didn't exist at the EU4 timeline.

The Austro-Hungarian Empire was essentially a downgrade from the Austrian Empire, and a result of the growing Hungarian nationalism.
