Hey All! I'm starting this thread as a place to put up screenshots and short descriptions for them. I figure enough people have non-AAR games that they might still want to share that hopefully this should get at least a few replies.

wildwolf_Austria.html

This is my Austria. I am playing EU1.08/IGC1.09 The game started with a diplo-annex of Bavaria, and then inheriting Bohemia through a royal marriage. I then got Wurtemberg and Saxony about 40 years later, but all through this time Hungary was resistant to even vassalization. Then, all of a sudden, I inherited them the same as Bohemia! This brought me into conflict with the Turks, and over the years, I've had two major wars. Always me leading an alliance against the Turks. I've humbled Wallachia twice, but could not annex them due to 2 provinces gained while with the Turks. I also got a few from the Turks.

Anyways, skipping back a few years, I diplo-annexed Venice shortly after inheriting Hungary. Spain, who at the time controlled Hevletia, Alsace-Lorraine, Baden, and Thuringen, declared war on me twice, the second time with the Palatinat on their side. The end result was me getting Baden, Thuringen, and annexing the Palatinat. Since then, I've diplo-annexed Ragusa, Hannover, and Brandenbrg.

That's pretty much it up till now. Just interesting to note is the success of Holland on the main land. In my games, they usually get swallowed up by France or someonw else.

You should go for the Hanseatic League. You'll get a navy and a port on both the Atlantic and the Baltic. Of course you won't get anything of an army to speak of, but I would imagine that you've already got a good one of those...

You read my mind! In the IGC, The Hansa is split, so it'll be a little harder. I'm concentrating on Pommeriania (guess which 2 provinces that consists of!). That will give me two ports in the Baltic, and clos to 100,000 more troops!

Wow....is Wallachia still independent? If so, that's REALLY weird! Between the Turks and the Europeans I usually see them end up being eaten by one of the greater powers surrounding them inside of twenty years....

Gen. Suvorov (sp?)- I maintain an army of close to 300,000 troops total myself. But with the Venetian Cot, and a slew of manufactories, I have a pretty good income of about 500d a year. That's how I pay for them.

Caesar, I have a trading post in Surinam, and one in Delaware. But maintance of my army and European expansion, is, and always will be, my main projects. It's always a trade off I guess.

Am I very much mistaken, or is that The Netherlands I see rampaging through central France and Switzerland? Go Dutch! Go Dutch!

Here are some game ending screenshots. For the sake of modem laden users, I'll only put a couple of the really interesting ones here.

Europe...Yes, that's a Super-Hansa, with three Prussian provinces in the middle. And England came in second overall, behind Austria.
