Ok everybody, I intend to start AAR about austria. I will start from year 1500 as I already played for a while. About history: Please do not expect historical figures it will be rather like player's diary but I am not sure how exactly it will look.

1500: Austria starts massive recruitment and equipping of army with new weapons. To support war effort Austria started also economical reforms, many tax collectors were changed or local bailiffs were promoted. Also trade becomed flourishing and thus Austria reasonably increased it's profit. Austria has military allince with Saxony and Hungary.Helvetian confederation captured city of Milan with help of French friends. Bohemia and Austria continued in their hatred.

"So what resources Bohemia posseses gentlemans?"
Economical advisor answered: "There are silver deposits in southern mountains, in north and in Silesia according to this map are iron deposits."
Military advisor:" We will have to strike by surprise my liege. Possible fight in mountains will not be the best for our men your excellency. Their army is weak only about 14 000 men while we command 60 000 men your excellency, they will not have a chance. I will also have to warn you that recent winters in bohemia were harsh sir but our supply lines are sufficient."
"Excellent general are our soldiers ready?"
"Just awaiting your order sir. Order them and they will conquer Bohemia in no time your excellency."
And thus order was given and armies moved toward bohemia meeting no resistance and pillaging houses becomed routine way how to earn money.
First fortress to be besieged was fortress of city of Brno.

Bohemia was easy as piece of cake,since bohemian army was destroyed Austrians had lot of time to conquer all of Bohemia city by city. After that Bohemia was annexed and joined the Austrian state as they had no choice. Meanwhile there was first war between England and Spain one side and France,Savoy,Papacy on other. France seemed to be winning.Austria took a rest for few years and decided to strenghten trade,austrian king stopped to support inventors working on naval equipement. Now he was put before heavy decision: Turn east and conquer Poland or west and take Milan from Helvetia. Army was build and marched to Tyrol where they took positions ready to strike to Milan.

No worries, it takes everyone a bit of time to find their 'voice' so to speak.

After that Austria declared war. This lowered stability but Austria was revolution safe still. (+3 to -1) Unfortunately Helvetian alliance was stronger than Austria expected. Armies were slaughtered in Tyrol and Helvetia and france with little friends started siege with brave and ready for all 70 000 men. Austria was decimated and newly created army stationed in silesia consisting of 3 000 cavalry 30 cannons and 20 000 men was called upon to save glorious state. Tyrol was conquered and French were moving deeper into austria not caring about attrition. Peasants were horrified and rumours were spreading. Silesian army (Well it was Army of bohemia but anyway...) arrived and won battle against helvetians and started resieging Tyrol. After that remainst of other armies recovered and all of armies marched into province of Milan where quick siege with 90 cannons started and it ended after 6 months. Both states returned to status quo.
Austria was saved unfortunately not for long. 2 months after Poland declared war. Armies were called to north and allies were called upon.

To lower public interest even more: I am not using IGC as it doesn't works for me. ( Yes I read the readme and posted in forums and all but it doesn't works anyway.)

First, get yourself an Austrian shield for heaven's sake! You should be annexing Baden at some point . I second the opinion that there's nothing wrong with the regular GC. Good move against the Bohemians and the Poles, I'll be watching with interest due to my known Austrian proclivities.

Poland deserves a beating. They are so ugly and big and blob like, you were right to hurt them mightily!

Austrian lust was unstopable.
Bavaria seemed to disrespect emperor. They refused privilege of royal marriage and alliance. Rumours were spreading that they are friends of France. Decision was made and ultimatum given: Surrender all your lands or we will take them. Bavaria refused.
In the winter anno domini 1516 order was given to move troops to positions on Bavarian borders. Then attack started.
Bavarians however did not given up and continued bravely in their fight and making difficulities to Austrian army and they beaten her several times and did not allowed them to regroup. From army of 60 000 remained barely
20 000. Army was ordered to rest before fresh recruits will arrive and Bavaria made few unsuccesful attacks on Austrian positions. When reinforcements arrived army returned to attack and first conquered capital and then province of Ansbach.
Few weeks later Bavaria was annexed and joined great kingdom of Austria.
The war ended anno domini 1520.
During war new army was created and all armies were fresh and with full manpower. Army of Austria now had about 90 000 men.

Heavy rebelions mainly in Danzig took much of Austria military resources but army was soon turned back to normal.
In the year 1541 Austria set it's sight on Brandenburg. The state that was laughing to her face for so long time. Austria presented to Brandenburg the same ultimatum like to Bavaria: Surrender or die.
Brandenburg refused and turned to reformed religion gaining higher morale for it's troops. After few days of fight lord Wurttenberg declared war on Austria and started the siege of poor province Tyrol on beginning of siege with
5 000 peasants. Brandenburg and Austria signed few months later white peace and austria turned against Wurttenburg with all it's armies.
It was bloody fight that lasted for very long time. Only areas of Bavaria and Tyrol were hit by war.

I experimented today a little. Horrible I tell ya what happened: Wurttenburg,Poland,Brandenburg,France,Savoy,Helvetia,Saxony,Parma on one side austria on the other.
