Has anyone else had a problem since 1.03B getting the Austrian government to join the Axis. I have only been successful once in about a dozen games.

I know they messed up all the other political things when they did 1.03B since France always attacks in 38 but I just recently noted that the Austrian's never join anymore either.

Is there some key to getting this back to historical or is the game just not going to be historical anymore.

I am about to place it with the other war games that don't work. Too bad it has alot of potential but is heading the wrong way. Instead of fixing it they are making it less historical.

The Austrian Anschluss works historically for me every time... HoI is very well done to force history, but if players make some significant different decisions then the war can be altered dramatically. All in all with v1.03b it's fantastic!

ba join the club ive had problems wiht Austria accepting the Anschluss, and ive only had 1 success wiht in 4-6 games with the 1.3b patch, and its not just that event, its all the events in the game that ahve been fuged around wiht which froma historical point of few is descusting to have changed them, they should be apart of the game and not an option really, unless the player choses to do so!
