Austria Multiplayer Question

If done right....oh god the power! ive seen one Austrian player build such a powerfull country in Central Europe just from Pu's that the game had to end, since 4 nations vs him couldnt win.
It was a weird game were we didnt have a France Player, our Ottoman Player dropped out and our TO-Prussian player was a fairly weak and friendly to Austria as was the weak Russian Player.
We were left with GB and Castille whome had duel ownership of most of France and my Super Morocco pluss Maybe Russia....So no strong land nations realy
I once played a MP-Newbie game where some strange player starting with a P and ending with "ewt" subbed an austria and left it with 210k troops by 1480.

The game I linked is not the particularly best example, but its the aforementioned game where Pewt showed how to break the game.

Cheers for the help guys un just to let ppl know I'm not a noob at this game played it a while back un play other games like vicy hoi ck, just never been Austria before or bothered to be in hre. Normally I play as a country un colonize un normal war. So never really did the pu thing so thought I'd give Austria a go this time un wanted to know the options un about best way to get pu un use it. Un in our game we gonna make 2 of the players are pretty new un other friend prob just bit better then me. We normally don't screw each other over that much un just help each other to expand at start then either all vs all or split into alliances so pretty relaxed gaming
