I have a pu with Bohemia and Hungary and am just wondering if I should integrate them or whether there is an event of some kind.

Hungary you want to integrate to finish mission tree. Bohemia you want to develop their provinces to get the bohemian crystal event from mission tree, and hopefully inherit as inheritance is only way to get electoral vote

Austria unique play style is being able to inherit huge countries thanks to its huge diplomatic reputation. It's not infrequent to boost it with both diplomatic and influence ideas. Age of revolution Austrian ability is +5 diplomatic reputation you can inherit virtually anything at the end of the game.

Regardless, you shouldn't integrate Hungary, you should inherit quickly enough. Instead in the early game diplo points should go in ideas since they are key to successfully rule over hre.

Also, for no reason at all you want to integrate Bohemia. Inheriting is the only way to obtain the electorate. Integration will void it.

Wait for auto integrate or when you've unlocked all the cheaper vassal integration modifiers. (The admin influence one is the last one).

Austria's second idea gives annexation cost reduction, dip ideas gives some, and austria also has a mission in the HRE tree that reduces it further. You should have all of these by the time you can integrate Hungary

Dip ideas do not have an annexation cost reduction. Influence does.
