Bug(s): austria fools me

Playing GC, 1.07 november patch. Im England, allied to Austria.

1) Me, Austria and Mecklenburg?, in war versus Spain. I started it.
I conquered Flandern, French Comte, and Veneto. In Spain I started to make ground.
Then Austria have a seperate peace with Spain. Spain gives Veneto and French Comte to Austria!!!! (I am ofc pissed heh)

2) Some years later, me and Austria against Spain and Poland. I started the war. I capture Hannover, Wurzburg, Sachsen, Brandenburg, and so on from Poland.
Then suddenly it shows that Austria have captured them.....

3) the 2) war is the 3rd time I tried it, as the game seems to have problems with large wars involving alot of armies and fleets.

First of all, a named leader can "steal" a siege. So if you were besieging a city and Austria "reinforced" the siege with an army with a higher leader, the siege became Austrian -> Austria takes the city.

Secondly, a nation can always demand their cores in a peace, even if they are not conquered by that nation.

But not if a third nation currently controls them, IIRC.

Yes.
But this isnt the case here. I have been sieging them, and taken them, its after that they change (it seems that they does becouse of a austrian army unit goes trough the territory).

1) well, yes, you're allowed to demand provinces you haven't conquered if you have CBs on them. Was HAB the alliance leader?

2) no-one else has ever reported anything like this, AFAIK. Either you have a corrupt installation, or you've loaded from the wrong saved game, or something like that.

3) again, I'm not aware of anyone else seeing this. PE, for instance, would have seen some huge wars in his many games, and AFAIK has not seen these "problems" you refer to, whatever they are. What kind of problems do you mean, here?

1) well, there you go then.

2) what does this mean?

3) CTDs, well why didn't you say so. If you have a repeatable CTD send me the save game and I'll see if I can reproduce it. If so, we'll get it fixed.

2) I didnt overlap patches, it was clean install, etc. And my comp work well in all other aspects.

3) I managed to finish the game, just didnt take Austria with me into war. After all, the AI is so sucky it cant help you much anyways. So I deleted the savegames, and reinstalled the game with latest feb patch.
