We have 11 people in this game now so we r going to have 11 different veiws. One person may think it is an exploit were as another thinks its getting the most out of your alliance with in the game. If were going to talk about exploits then how about this one.
By the Allies bringing lots of allies before war. This has the effect of giving germany around 100+ beligerance upon the danzig event, meaning the US is fully geared for war in Sep 1939, over 2 full years ahead of history. This is what is going to happen in our game as some players wanted free rein with alliances, so once again an uber US which will totaly unbalance the game. This is why we had made it no allies prior to war, but oh well. If you dont think thats an exploit when most of us regulars know about this then dont comaplain about some axis nations trying to get more of an advantage to combat the uber US.
At the end of this game if we think there should be a few rules made to deal with the supply issue and also bring back in the no alliances pre-war then so be it. But as it stands at present there r no rules for this so everyone is free to do it.
Also with the rules for supply it is very tricky as forces in on nation may be there for a offensive out of that area once war starts, so i suggest only people from there own alliances can look at these things. A US player checking up on axis nations is unaceptable, same as an axis nation looking at an allied nation is.
So before we go planning rules and changes to the game, lets actualy play this one out with 11 players and see what happens, we have never had so many people with so many nations.
