I'll admit I have had no issue with people joining in during a game, however all of major's points are valid.
This is a strategy game folks - and clearly Major has planned his strategy around an assumption of which nations will be human or AI controlled. This is fair, reasonable, and nothing shocking. If, for example, a human took over China mid-game, but prior to Japan invading, I'm sure the Japanese player would have every right to feel that this was unfair.
The players who start to a game, and commit to playing it from the begining should have the call as to whether or not to accept new players. I for one am more than happy for Huseyn to play on, but if Major objects strenously, I would support him. If I joined in mid-way through a game, I would understand, and accept this type of decision.

Session wise:
Germany's comments about IC are interesting to say nothing else. Unfortunately, Adolf made his boasts about Germany's IC being the highest without considering 3 factors that affected the Soviet Production figures.
Firstly, Stalin purged the army of it's traitorous and in-efficient leadership, causing some lessening of the efficiency of production (10% dissent does that!)
Secondly, he has clearly gauged Soviet production prior to a further technology development which increased overall production at sessions end. Finally, Soviet Industry builds, put on hold temporarily as the dissent from the purges was eliminated, came through only partially in this session.
Adolf might have played in SP and checked to see how large he could get his IC to, however in amazing news, it turns out Uncle Joe has also tested varying build strategies! And in more shocking newss, he is aware of how to match German production, whilst actually doing 2 things Adolf cannot - Building an army (comes in use Mike), and actually having the resources to feed that Industry.
The Red Army however already has developed and commenced production of ultra-modern models of Infantry, Armour, and Air wings of designs that no doubt outmatch their Axis counterparts. If Hitler ever dares to throw his pitiful army (outnumbered already by Polish forces as one example) into the meatgrinder that is the USSR, he will meet a larger, more technologically advanced army, with a superior, and more secure Industrial base at it's rear...
(Hows that for propaganda mode)
