I've got a short <1 second lag in game from actions to the corresponding sound effect.
My system does not have this lag in general, but it does as a whole after starting the game. Meaning if I go to a video, lips will move a bit before the sound. If i don't play the game, videos are fine. Issue takes a restart to resolve for normal videos.

I have a realtek and an NVIDA audio driver, and this is issue occured once before with EU4. I fixed it by replacing the realtek driver with the Microsoft one per internet instructions. But that is not working this time.
Updated all my drivers and am back with realtek.
I've attached a .nfo file that I compressed. I'm on 1.02 (It still says beta)
Let me know what else I can provide or try.
Only idea I've got is to again try the Microsoft driver.

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
