Can anyone explain to me how attrition is calculated?
I get that moving into other people's territiory causes attrittion, and that havig a high number of troops in a territory increases attrition, but is there any formula to try and figure out how much attrition an army will experiance?
Attrition is devestating my current game. I'm fighting in Wales and Scotland and seeing huge attrition numbers. A 2000 man army is suffering 21% attrition. That's ridiculous. Even armies of 800 are suffering 9-10%. I've never experienced anything like that in previous game, but then again I've never played in that specific region.
Also, what does the supply limit in a provence do and is that related to attrition?
Thanks in advance.
