Alright, so I was playing as Muscovy last night, checking out the new changes.
Declared war on Lithuania mid to late 1400s, and scorched the borderlands. With some maneuvering, got their entire army of 45k folks on a single scorched province with a supply of about 8. I hovered over the attrition icon, and was surprised to see that they were only getting 1% attrition from the siege. Their supply weight was only 2.3, which was drastically lower than it should have been. One leader in the group did have a maneuver of 5, but that should only lower the supply weight by that amount.
Land supply/attrition changes weren't mentioned in the patch notes, and I didn't witness this type of game behavior before the patch (though I would argue that attrition damage and scorched earth has been needlessly nerfed since launch). Is anyone else seeing this sort of thing?
