Attitude symbols in outline

When you have a diplomat improving relations with another nation, it is generally not enough to know the opinion number, quite often it is (more) important to know the attitude of the nation.

Examples would be improving relations to get a Disloyal Sweden to become Loyal, getting an Outraged to become Threatened or turning a Neutral into Friendly or Defensive.

I like this idea. But I would go further and maybe allows listing of countries of interest in outliner with opinion and attitude. At least you can see opinion and attitude from all of countries you marked as interesting in one glance.
