Attitude at the beginning ?

Yo, i saw long ago a doc listing the attitude of major nation such as France, England, etc, and the different attitude that other country can have toward them at the beginning (like 75% chance austria rival you, and 25% he dont care; 50% denmark rival you, 25% he don't care, 25% he love you).
I hope you understand what i mean, and if someone can remind me this doc, or give mes something alike, it'll be cool !

It's changed a lot over the years and I wouldn't trust the accuracy of data over 6 months old. I know you might think that isn't immediately helpful but it's the best you're going to get and TBH it's something that you can easily experiment and find yourself.
