Ehm, Vikings who don't know their own language?
Or are their many flat stones on Anticosti?
There is something I don't understand, why should they think an island called in their language called "Land of Flat Stones" is actually Anticosti? (I don't know the geographi of that Island, if it is indeed rocky, then is this possible)

That's a problem, yes... You are right in that sentence...

I have done some research on wiki, and it states that it is a rocky, forest covered Island, so we could say they just arrived on a more rocky part of the island and thought it was Helluland :D Hope this solves the problem.

I rather see Northern Poland and other pagan Slavs as heavily militarized, aggresive states. Decades of constant wars with Christians would probably turn them into centralized though somehow obscurant (siege mentality) powers.

There is possibility to create a block of pagan states in Central and Northern Europe: Slavs, N Poles, Balts (Prussians, Lithanians, Latvians), + pagan Scandinavia if you plan to make them pagan too.

With such militant and dangerous pagans in central Europe, would the Crusades to Jerusalem have been launched?

Agree here. I rather see the Teutonic Prussians overrun the whole Poland along with the Lithauanians, only with the duchy of Krakow left for the Polish.

Pomerelia*, Warmia*, Ospreussen*, Kujawi, Mazowsze and Poznan should all have German culture to represent German colonisation. Between the 12:th and 15:th century (which means 300 years) the dominant language should been German because of the culture of the orders leaders.

*Should have german culture even without any colonisation

Right... Maybe a Poznan based german duchy? Or a vassal order of the Teutons?

In order, german, polish and baltic.
The Livionian order could be renamed to the Prussian Brotherhood and own Pozan (with german culture) as it capital plus Kujawi. Then, no new Coa and flags are needed.

The culture setup sounds fair, because the baltics have already got Lithauania.

A new CoA is cooler, more ahistorical. Maybe Order of Poznan? With german and polish culture?
