I will think about a good story for the low country's, we could make a strong trade-oriented Flanders and a landlocked Brabant, hower Prince Ares' idea of a united lowlands under a the banner of Brabant looks also interesting ( however I think with all these rich provinces they would be very strong)

But your' right, that's why I postet the idea of a land based Brabant ( owning Brabant, Hainaut, Breda and Zeeland) And a more trading (later colinising?) Flanders (owning Artois,Flanders and Calais than)

I don't think so... Timurid starts with Chagatai Khanate and Tibet as vassals, but with no alliance.

If you want another Chinese state allied with Wu, I think Min Yüe could fit. Besides that they are not Chinese, of course.
If you want to splitt upp Nippon, what about a civil war where the Shintoist emperor (Pagans or Hinduists) in the south attacks the buddhists in the North. That would result in one Nipponese empire in sothern Nippon, and one "White Lotus" kingdom in the north.
