Diplomatic Influence/points?

If I somehow missed it srolling down 10 pages... then I am sorry: BUT does anyone know a cheat that will give me some more freedom in regards to diplomacy?

I am aware of the upcoming yesmen, but I was thinking more along the lines of the old cheat DI that gave you more diplomatic points.

The other cheat are good for playtesting/modding, but not so much if you are just an old irritable fart with the patience of a 5-year old and just want a PART of the game to progress a little faster than the rest... :rolleyes:

Use the tag cheat. So lets say you are Prussia and wanted to ally Great Britain...

Send Alliance offer to Britain
open console
tag ENG
now accept the offer from yourself
tag PRU
you are now allied with GB.

The only way to make your pop growth is with my 190 post, trust me ;).

Yeah, I tried it as a global modifier, it didn't seem to work at all.

Though, the assimilation global modifier worked. :D

In event modifier:

well you don't need to put it as global pop growth. one state will get a huge amount of immigrants, then they will spread around from there.

also, instead of using 3000 times the population growth i changed it to 202x immigrant attraction. again in a random province.

I can't open the console in any way I tried. I usually use the French (Canada) keyboard layout, but I changed to US International just for this, and neither the ` key nor § (alt+shift+S) actually do anything. I can type both of those characters fine, but neither of them actually open the console.

I want to call up an event that would turn my government into a democracy. I don't have to meet the prerequisites if I cheat, right? So a constitutional monarchy could use the event that turns a dictatorship into a democracy to become a democracy?

Open the console and type in the event number.

For example, events 1000 to 1004 unlocks the political parties.
Political parties? Is there a cheat that I could use to select my governemtn of choice, like Monarchy or Fascist?

Another question for you, if there is a way to change government type, lets say I have a satellite nation. If I load up as the satellite nation and then use the cheat to change their governent, they shouldn't be able to change it to something else again, right? Because they are a satellite?

EDIT: Are all the flags stored in a file/folder that are a larger then our avatar? Some of those flags look great and could be used for other games as well.

Is there a cheat/mod that allows me to remove countries from my SOI? So far the only way I've seen to take countries of SOI is by tagging to another country and declaring war with that war goal, kinda annoying.

Look around for an event that lets the player/AI leave SoI if relations with master are under 0. Then all you need to do is lower relations with the master, but then you might also get pissed off at it if you're trying to get a country you have -200 relations with into your SoI as it will keep leaving it non-stop (the AI triggers an event/decision as soon as it's available and in this case it's available always as long as relations below 0 :[).


Also - I don't recommend using the population growth cheat, it seriously ruins your economy. The population randomly spreads into various jobs or whatever you call them. I once ended up with 91% bureacrauts or whatever they're named, that was really painful and my economy went down heavily. Even if they didn't all become bureacrauts, the economy still got doomed and unless you use cheats to get money (or if you set all taxes to high and all spendings to none) - you wont survive, lawl.

1. Become a republic (via a liberal revolution event or something like that)
2.Break out of satellite status
Any of thoses exists?

"event 60050" is the command to fire an event that makes your government a republic (the event normally fires through reform, not revolution, but that doesn't change anything since cheating allows you to fire it whenever you want). As for breaking out of satellite status, I don't think there is such a thing, but there might be.

It is a massive increase. I used it as Switzerland and I ended up with the manpower to deploy like 1600 odd armies. I completely nerfed it to '1' even then, it is tricky.

Shame it isn't global, that way, it doesn't uneven the population either.
