Was this an intentional change, if so, why?! This makes the empire invincible long before its centralized. If this is mistake, please fix, my run is in a bad way now that a war with Austria, his allies and 5 other HRE members turned into a war against all of europe and italy

I had a look at your save. It is not the electors which are co-belligerents(Cologne is not a co-belligerent and the Palatinate and Trier are not even in the war). Instead all members of the coalition against Poland are co-belligerents. My guess is this happened because you called Poland into the war as your ally. I was able to reproduce it when calling an ally into a war against an HRE member while the emperor was in a coalition against the ally. But it doesn't seem to happen when making a coalition member a co-belligerent in a war against a non-hre country. So I think this is a bug.
