Hello,

I have some minor suggestions:

We should be able to attach wings to armies ( and integrate air forces into battle plans ).
So when our army advances and starts entering a new air zone, the asigned wings will change their zone of operation too.
It also allows to concentrate our bombers for breakthorughs by attaching bombers to breakthrough specialised armies/corps.

Groundpounders always want control ofver air support, and the flyboys want independent control of how they are committed. The player will fall on the army side, but in game I assume it is contested through doctrines.

However dispositions are decided, the air assets should be able to move up or back with the front as needed.

its a nice idea, although they will have to add a little bit of changes to the interface, but i like it. As it is, i believe each state has an airport (if one is constructed in the state) and out of those states planes are comitted to the air zones (correct me if i'm wrong).

Assuming you could assign planes to an army, kind of like assigning them to an aircraft carrier, the AI will review the battle plans that have been drawn and assign those aircraft given to it, to the nearest state airports and then deploy them into relevant zones, and keep them shifting around. Although they'd have to be kept essentially completely separate from planes that aren't assigned.

for example, if i click an airport in paris and see i have 300 planes, i might want to send all of them to the eastern front, but not the AI ones. if they are separated out, i can send my 200 "non ai" fighters over to poland for preparation for barbarossa, and the ones given to my france garrison army wont have a chance to be assigned elsewhere by accident, as a rudimentary example.

i like the idea though! Although AIr zones seem so big you wont have to adjust your planes all that often
