Happy travels, adventurers!

In the spirit of adventure and cooperation, it's exciting to think about how could enhance such gaming experiences. Imagine integrating RPA to automate routine tasks within games or manage inventory across platforms, making the adventure smoother and more focused on the fun parts of the journey. Just as cross-platform play has brought players together, RPA could further streamline the adventure, ensuring every player gets to focus on the excitement of exploration and teamwork.

Hello,

Does anyone know if there are patches or upgrades SCHEDULED for the Switch version? There are several technical issues, all of them unfortunately detrimental to the experience this product aspires to provide buyers with. There is one particular issue, which is actually a glitch that makes it impossible to continue playing the game. I'm currently there (cannot access town on act 2, nothing to do), and I am deeply regretting buying this otherwise fun game. I have noticed there are no bug reports for this product (!), this is extremely surprising as I have found MANY people online with similar issues. It does make me wonder if anybody from this business actually cares about their product on the Switch? I understand the people involved may be willingly neglecting the Switch platform for whatever reason, and that perhaps there aren't any solutions nor patches/updates scheduled.

if so, could anyone forward me to the competent department or team in order to get a reimbursement, as per EU laws (It's been two days since I bought this product).

Thanks in advance!

Usually, refunds for defective products are the responsibility of the merchant (i.e. whoever you, personally, purchased the product from), not the manufacturer.
