So, would you guys say that currently EU4 modded is better than EU3 modded? I have delayed getting EU4 because I imagined it would take awhile for the modding community to match what they did in EU3. (I cannot check to see how the modding community is though until I buy the game)

We are releasing an updated version soon so just try it and decide for yourself.

I do wholeheartly agree in that what EU IV needs is good mechanics for peace times and the possibility to grow tall. The rest of the propossals are either desirable aditions (more religions and more complicated relations between them, besides more religions per province; more spy actions and so on) or just cools things that might be included (start in 1399 or even before), but I do truly think that what the game needs is something to do while not at war. Maybe something to handle building micromanagement could be cool too.

Actually, Atlantis was a Roman colony. Everyone knows that Rome colonized the entire world and even sent spaceships to explore our solar system (why do you think our planets are named after Roman gods?).
