Assimilation

Hi,

I have a question. In Victoria 2 unlike EU4 there is no button to change culture. But there is an assimilation rate so it slowly turns other cultures to your main (Not sure about this though). So my question is this where can i find this assimilation modifier in game? And is it possible to change it in the log_files somewhere?

In the game you can find the rate on the population window, just mouse over any culture except your primary, and you'll see the assimilation rate for that pop group, and the modifiers.
