When province is added to Trade Company it's cost in governing capacity usually changes as compared to plain territory (the only exceptions AFAIK are plutocracies where cost is the same). So I think "Assign province to Trade Company" dialog should show resulting GC change, similarly to "Turn Territory into State" dialog.
