I cant use anyone of my assets or mods anymore since update have tried getting them again but still dont work anyone know why n how to fix?

I have windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit os and intel core i7-3770 cpu 3.40 ghz 12gb ram nvidia Geforce GTX 660 Ti and I deleted all my mods and assets and tried redownloading( re-subing) them and nothing works only one a stadium mod even uninstalled the game deleted saves everything still nothing works ever since the update it hasn't worked, please help I love this game.
Hmm if you can't download assets and mods it's most likely a steam issue, then, as your hardware is fine. Please consider contacting their support.
